Molybdenum Wire Mesh

Black molybdenum wire mesh mainly utilizes the high temperature resistance of molybdenum and is mainly used in high temperature environments. The surface of the black molybdenum wire mesh contains a graphite emulsion adhesion layer, which can protect the molybdenum wire mesh substrate and delay the oxidation rate, increase the number of uses and thus reduce the cost of using the molybdenum wire mesh. The materials commonly used for molybdenum wire mesh are pure molybdenum and molybdenum-lanthanum alloy.
At present, according to the feedback data from customers based on actual use, the maximum operating temperature is 2000℃, the working environment is a vacuum environment, and the working mode is continuous use.
The purpose of molybdenum wire mesh is to serve as a support element for sintered strong magnets. The surface of the white molybdenum wire mesh is free of impurities and is suitable for special solution filters, molybdenum shielding nets and electronic molybdenum components. Since there is no graphite emulsion protective layer on the surface of the molybdenum wire mesh, it needs to be packaged for oxidation protection and pay attention to moisture-proofing. Molybdenum wire mesh will gradually oxidize and discolor under long-term exposure to room temperature, and its mechanical strength will be affected after being damp.
